It has been a total of 8 months yesterday actually and we are still waiting to get approval from USCIS to even send to NVC.. I really hope it speeds up after this step.

Has Sarajevo resumed visa processing?

YMMV

I know but you were hoping the uscis phase was going to be the longest.   If Sarajevo hasn't resumed, then the consulate phase would be longer .  You have hope

I was upset when they asked for RFE on our relationship when i provided 30 pictures with us and family members as well as airplane tickets, and a 4 page essay every time we met. .. I know they even resumed touristic visas in Sarajevo so i have hope!

You are living proof to what many of us so adamantly believe, that pictures and your life or love story don't meet the evidence standard for the petition.

I just wish the process was more up to date. For instance you should have a portal where you can sign in and fill everything out and both individuals are able to go in and fill out their part and sign. Would make it much easier to upload pictures and travel info. Also if there was a reason for an RFE you could submit to portal and agent would see it immediately not like this where i am waiting a week now for them to start on it again.. Also after submitting info i receive an RFE while i am visiting my fiance... and they want more proof haha its like let me just video call you so we can both say hi and get this over with.

There is an online form/portal as you described.  It's for the I-130 spouse CR1/IR1 visa.

If you fill in your timeline you might get an estimated date.

Well the city my fiance lives in doesn't have an airport so i had to fly in to an airport 2 hours away from the city and they were confused how we would have seen each other and met. I figured the numerous pictures with us two and family together would suffice but i guess not. A delay always messes everything up. So now i am waiting for them to resume the case again.
