Copies of Signed Documents & Passport

I live in Missouri (US) and my fiancé lives in Morocco.  I have done extensive research and tried posting in other forums (until finding this one) to find out if the letter of consent to marry and other documents that require my fiancé’s signature require the original hand written version or if a copy/photo would suffice?  What about the passport photos.  Can the photos be sent to me electronically and printed at a Walgreens or printing shop?  Also do I need a copy of every page of her passport or just the page with the passport number, her photo, birth date, etc?  Sending mail today is incredibly slow with the pandemic and online shopping peaking.

I appreciate any help and apologize if the format of my question(s) is incorrect.

The letter of intent does not have to have a wet signature.  An emailed & printed copy is fine.  Photos can be printed on regular paper.  You need to concentrate of evidence of having met within the last 2 years.

@Lucky Cat

I appreciate your quick reply!  Are there any documents that would require her wet signature?  As for proof of having met, I just returned from Morocco after meeting her for the first time.  We have plenty of pictures from the 5 full days we spent together.  I have the plane tickets and can print credit card statements showing restaurants we visited and more.  I met her parents on the final day and we laid out our plans going forward including engagement and marriage.  I have the wedding ring and band along with a receipt, but no pictures of her wearing it.  We also have countless messages, photos, and videos from our daily conversations which span across 3+ applications.  My call log on whatsapp is almost entirely filled with her name and times/dates of our calls.  Does this sound sufficient for the requirements?

A careful read of the instructions indicate that any evidence submitted to the USCIS can be regular photocopies unless specifically requested.   You interpret this literally.   The only wet signature required is the Petitioner's signature on the petition from itself.

Generally speaking,  chat or call logs are not a requirement for the petition.
