No first hand expirence with the come to you service but I'm inclined to believe the pricing is a viable business model.  Here in Peru, we got our post arrival rapid antigen tests done by a similar Peruvian mobile testing service and half way around the world from the Philippines, pricing was almost identical.  110 Peruvian Soles for the test if done in office.  That's almost exactly the same as the P1400 we paid in the Philippines.  For mobile service to come to your hotel here it's 40 Soles extra.  Almost exactly the same as the P500 extra charge in the Philippines.  We booked a test to our hotel in Miraflores Lima the morning after our arrival and made a bit of a funny scene when the hotel staff had to drag us out of breakfast when a 4' 9" Peruvian nurse decked out in about 4 layers of oversized PPE showed up for us with an ice chest sized testing kit.
