United airlines asks for FS398 form and chest xrays for k1 visa

The are talking about the brown packet or the CD given to you with the visa. This is for initial POE only.

But thats supposed to be opened by the CBP officer,how can the airlines ask for it?

They are just telling you that you need it. The airlines won't ask you to open the package. Disregard the link in my first post. It's early here)

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

I never looked at United’s web site.  The only thing that matters is CBP’s web site.  
 

Bring your passport with an unexpired K-1 visa and any materials such as a sealed envelope from the US consulate.  United didn’t ask for chest X-ray or FS398 (whatever that is).  
 

Budget extra time at the airport.  Make sure you know the address in the USA where you are living. The airline wants it, and the CBP officer wants it.
