We made the mistake of checking like 4 times within 24 hrs (but over 2 days). It locked us out of the system. You should basically not check more than 1-2 times a day

I have the same problem on my end. I thought it might be a problem with the portal. It made no sense that others who logged in same time as me saw appointment dates and not me. Called their support center and they said it was a first come first serve basis. Been refreshing for the whole week nothing still. Really feeling it is a programming error on the website on some applicants portal. What do you think?

Yesss, it's really annoying! I don't even get it. How would they expect us to see an appointment slot when we are only restricted to check the page twice a day. It is well. Something will show up soon!

The key to not getting locked out is don't click continue once you get to the screen that shows passport information. If appointments are available it will show on the left hand side so you don't really need to click continue if you don't see anything there. Few days ago someone said they saw May 6th available. Are you clicking new appointment > immigrant > fiancé > K1? Good luck.
