Sure. Just to note that this case has been ready for interview the 20th of February last year but was delayed due to COVID. I submitted the K1 visa to USCIS October 2019.

Thank you. It helps. I filed in December 2019 so it helps to know where they are since them no dey answer person

Well you filed in October 2019 and are just now getting an interview so who am I to complain? I can definitely try to reach out and see what happens but I wonder if patience is just the best at this point 😩

But I just scheduled a regular k1visa interview now for 19th may.. when last did you check for slot?

I checked yesterday. Wow really??? Is this with Lagos Embassy? When did you see the slot?

Yes. Lagos embassy. Saw the slot like an hour ago. It was the only date available on the regular. I think you should try checking now

When my fiance tried to schedule the appointment, it only give him two appointment priority options below :

 

1.221g

2.Regular (there were no appointment dates available for this option). 

 

Should he go ahead to schedule the K1 visa appointment under the 221g option? Please advise.

Regular appointment is the one you must select.

If there are no dates available, keep checking the portal until you find an available slot.
