Sponsoring wife's son question

Howdy all.  We would like to bring over my wife's son to America soon.  My wife currently is a permanent residence (10 year visa pending we just got the NOA1 from I-751 that extends 18 months).  My question is that can she sponsor her son?  Which form do I have to get started on with this process?  Thanks so much for everyone's help.

Yes she can sponsor or you can sponsor if you are a US citizen

Thank you so much.  Would it be better for my wife to sponsor since she is the mother?

Gotcha thank you.  Is there any advantages or disadvantage in either myself or my wife sponsoring?
