Forms Needed

What are the exact forms I need to file a K1 Fiancee Visa?

We have filled out the G325A and I-29F. Are these all we need to start the ball rolling, or are there others that need to go along with these forms? Should they be sent together? Thank you. All so confusing right now.

BTW: Thank you to all who helped me with my first decision on getting married here or not. We are taking the high road and not going to have a "spur of the moment" wedding, but rather go through the process.

You're on the right track. All you need to begin your K-1 is the I-129F (filled out by the petitioner) and the G-325A (one set filled out by you and one set filled out by your fiance). You'll eventually need more forms, but not for awhile. I would advise hitting the K-1 guide, even though its a long read it's really worth it. Give a shout once you've read it and we'll help you along the way.

Yes there the only forms you need to get the ball rolling mate. You will then be contacted by mail with a petition number. They may ask for more proof of a relationship at that stage( photos together), Like they did we me, or you may get lucky and they will contact you in about 3 weeks saying your petition has been approved. They actually emailed me this information. If its approved the packet 3 forms( instructions on police certificates, medical and other immigration stuff) will be sent to the us consulate in the home country of the fiance. Once the fiance has all the stuff required , he will send in a form saying im ready to be interviewed. The consulate will send him a date and time. And thats all there is to it.
