N400 interview decision

Hi,

Please check the attached file and tell me what will be the result?I had my interview today and officer said you passed the English,history and government test but I'll mail you decision in a week or 3.but in interview everything went fine.

They might need RFE.from you may some additional information.when you give them they sent you for oath.but diffnatly they need something from you.best of luck.

Don't agree with above poster, they might need something but it could also be a quick check, i got that and a day or two later got update of scheduling for ceremony. Usually if something is wrong enough to need RFE there will have been a discussion about whatever the issue is in the interview and the poster will know or have an idea at least if there is a potential problem. Sometimes it's just a new IO who wants a supervisor to check first.

Hi,

There was no issue in my interview .I just gave them 1 new travel date bcz i traveled out side  else everything was good .Questions are here

1:Who is voice president?

2:Why Some states have more representatives 

3:Why Colonists came to united states.

Then she asked me few questions about my marriage and about kids date of births ,

and then few  yes no question's  bcz i was the last person for interview else everybody left early.

Yeah I wouldn’t worry about it - easier said than done I know because I did! Hopefully you’ll get a scheduling notification within a few days.

This is normal. They will do a review before they do a formal approval.

I got email at 8 am from uscis online account  when I checked there was no update yet.

Sometimes case has to go throught supervisor approval/final review.

Same thing happened to me On the 23rd but don't worry like Susie said, if any red flags were found they would have brought it up on the spot. IOs may be nice sometimes but they definitely don't play with N400s. I was told to expect a desicion week or 2 I was a bit worry at first but as long as you didn't lie you should you be A-Ok. We got this!!!

That email I also got at 7:02am lol it's funny how you experienced it too. My heart skipped a few beats lol. But I called and they confirmed they just updated the status to Interview Completed.

I also got the same email following day after the interview. It was a saturday. The whole weekend i researched on it and found no concrete answer what is it for. Majority people reported that they get this email when they have biometric reuse letter in there documents tab. 

Following Monday my status changed in line for oath, still waiting though since chicago is backlogged with oath ceremonies almost 2 months after interview. Also i was given decision cannot be made. Good luck to you!
