Has anyone ever gotten a refused visa CR1 and the officer asked for more evidence? Do you know how long it takes after the evidence is provided or has anyone been in this situation before and what was your outcome

Sounds like you are in AP. There is no timeline for that. It could be days or months, while they look over whatever they want. There are many people who had to provide more evidence. What kind of evidence are they asking for?

Your timeline shows you had an approved interview. Is this your case?

OK. Was confused lol... If they are suspecting fraud, it could be longer than normal. Have you started your own thread? Many people may not see this here because it's not about AP. Start a thread on your own. Make sure you tell people it's not your case.

My husband was refused after his interview last month! 30 minutes after the interview we received an email asking for documentation we sent the same day and it took 3 days for status change from refused to AP and other 2 days for change to issue the same day that was issued Aramex called him to pick up the visa! So everything was in less than a full week!

Why was he refused and was the officer interrogating him?
