CEAC website not working???

So I did not bring the correct version of my birth certificate to my interview and have been told to upload the correct one to ceac.state.gov/iv. however after I enter my details in, this is all that comes up. I press okay and it just logs me out and I have to sign in again. Any idea what is going on? I have sent the London Embassy an email with a scan of my correct birth certificate and asked them what I should do. I have also been instructed by them to send in the document via DX courier which I intend to do this saturday. If the CEAC website continues to not work for me, will this be enough? I feel I've waited so long for my approval/ interview, it would suck if this one document delayed things further.

K1 is nonimmigrant, so you will not have option to upload any documents. You have to send it via regular mail.

I was given this slip during my interview with instructions on what to do. However I'm guessing that was a mistake and perhaps what is given for a cr1 or a different visa type. In the email i received from them today it only gave me instructions on how to mail with the courier and nothing about uploading documents on the CEAC website. so i think you are right. thank you.
