Hello,

Well I never thought I get to this point... but we did! Now my question. When filling out all the AOS forms, The G-325a, I-485 and such, should we use her maiden name (as we did on the K1 forms) or "would we be completly out of our minds" and use her newly married name on these forms and really screw things up?

Thanks!

I took my husband's name after we got married, so I used my married name in all the forms. However, there is a line there that says something like "Any other names that you are known by or that you have used in the past". That's where I put my maiden name.
