Timeline for children of LPR and DOS Case ID questions

Timeline

My wife and I were married in December, 2018.  She is now a LPR (conditional)  She now wants to bring her son to the US.

He is unmarried and under age 21.   Does anyone know the approximate processing time for the I-130 that we will submit?

The "Timelines" page looks as if that information is only about IR1/CR1 and K-3 Visas?

Will her conditional status impact the I-130?  In other words, can those with a conditional status even be
approved to have a child come to the US, or must one first be an LPR without conditions.   We will be applying
for that change in the fall since her 2 year green card expires in December, 2021.

She has created an online USCIS account.  They want to verify her identity and have asked for her
DOS Case ID.   We cannot find this.  We do have something that looks correct, but the online form
says it is not correct.   Where can this be found?   Will we need to contact USCIS?

For LPR, it is not immediate but if she files now, the case would be processed and pending at NVC for an available visa.

Once she naturalizes, contact NVC to change her status from LPR to citizen and his case will become immediate.

I don't know what the timeline is but I think trying to calculate the timeline is not the best way to go about this.

File now so that by the time she naturalizes about early 2023 his case would have already completed the USCIS and likely NVC stage ready for the embassy interview.

She can apply as a conditional resident. The category is F2A and takes around 2 years. If you got married before her son turned 18 then you can apply for him (as stepson) under IR2 which will cut the time to around a year.

You can get get DoS case ID off her immigrant visa in her passport

Your DOS Case ID is identified as the IV Case Number on your visa stamp. However, please note the IV Case Number has two additional numbers at the end, such as 01 or 02. When entering the IV Case Number as the DOS Case ID, do not include the last two numbers. For example, if your IV Case Number is “ABC1234567801,” you would enter your DOS Case ID as “ABC12345678” (do not include the “01”).
