Hey everyone,  I'm sure I'm just over thinking one particular question with the ROC form, but Part 1, question 23 asks: 

"Is your spouse or parent's spouse currently serving with or employed by the U.S. government and serving outside the United States?"  

 

I am active duty, but not currently overseas, so the answer is  still "yes", correct?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

And I was thinking the same thing too.  I guess I'm just "nuking" it.  I will be submitting a statement of service to prove I am active duty, so just don't want any confusion for that question.
