I submitted EOIR-29 since June June 2019.  I submitted form  I-130 with my church wedding certificate, after over a year Immigration requested for additional evidence to support my claim that the wedding certificate is not recognized, I forwarded the court marriage certificate to them in less than 30days. After about two weeks my I-130 was denied that they are two difference date of marriage. I filed for EOIR-29 timely (SINCE JUNE 2019), 12/11/2019 I got a letter that my EOIR-29 was transferred to the National Benefit Center, that office has jurisdiction over my case and will reach out to me through writing for a decision on my case and in February 2021 I got a correspondence from USCIS that my EOIR-29 has been forwarded to Board of Immigration appeal, they now have jurisdiction over my case. I contacted BIA immediately and I was told they don't have any pending case for me. Please does anyone have any similar case. I am so confused.
