Hello,

I'm not sure which forum this question belongs in so I'm taking a lucky guess and hope I can get some answers.

I'm in touch with a couple male in NY USA with a fiancee in India. I cannot for the life of me find a B2 Visa application form for an applicant in India. Went to the USCIS website of India etc wasn't much help. Anybody know where on the internet it's at so I can pass it along? I was origionally going to suggest to them the Visa Waiver Programme but on researching that, India isn't a country thats under that scheme.

Help me help them lol :)

Love hurts

When you live an ocean away

When you change your sleep schedule to catch a few more moments

When you really need to be held and you have to imagine whilst your partner describes it

When you constantly refresh the USCIS website to see if you're getting any closer

Love Loves

When it repays you with the love of your life

When God finally answered your biggest prayer

When you can live life again in the real world but still have that eternal connection

When you wake up for to the beginning of the rest of your life with the person you fought so hard for

When you love somebody that much

You'll do anything

DS-156 is the form, it is filed by the applicant directly to a consulate in the foreign country. B-2 is a non-immigrant visitor. You wont find it on USCIS site because the B-2 visa has no immigration intent.

https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp (Just fill in the online form and print) Adobe reader is needed on the computer.

In addition a lot of proof of ties to the home country is needed, such as a bank account, a home, a job,

employment letter, all things that would say that you are returning home after the visit.

Not easy to get in 3. world countries and often a waste of time and money.

One last thing you say fiancee, the B-2 is only for a visit, and is not intended to be used like a K-1, if the intent of the visit is for marriage, then a K-1 should be applied for. Using the B-2 withe then intent to marry and immigrate is visa fraud.
