Petitioner Birth Certificate

Hello, how is everyone ? I was wondering if anyone of you having issues with your birth certificate? All my paperwork work was accepted except my birth certificate. I’m a US citizens through naturalization, 17 years ago and I was born in Philippines. I’m  petitioning my parents to come to America. They keep send me an error- 

“ Please replace this with an acceptable birth certificate from a correct issuing authority” 

 

I’m confused because I requested my birth certificate from NSO.

If it says NSO, it is possible they will not accept it, even though when issued, that was the correct authority.  Maybe order one from PSA?

I order one from PSA they send it through fedex with the receipt. Maybe they need my CENOMAR maybe? Or my Certificate of Baptism?

Omg!!!! I didn’t see the logo of PSA, my old one was NSO. I felt stupid. It’s all good now. Thank you
