Documents for the Interview (Rio)

Can someone help me with a couple of questions. I am currently in the process of mailing my fiance the necessary documents for her interview. In the step by step guide, it says that I need the following:

1. A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one).

2. Send all originals of the documentary proof that you submitted for the I-129F to your fiance(e) for their interview at the embassy.

For 1, I can't find my copy of the I-129 application. Is this going to be a caus for concern? and 2, Do I need to submit all the photos that I sent in the original I-129?

It is not a requirement for the beneficiary to have a copy of the I-129 on hand. However in the same breath, it is helpful to use the information (on the form) to prepare for the consulate interview. If you can recollect all little details you filled on the form perhaps you can provide that over the phone. In a nutshell, the more the beneficiary knows about the petitioner the better the chances of having a successful interview.

As with photos too, the beneficiary should be familiar with all pictures that was submitted along with the petition should incase any question comes up.
