How do we get ahold of the embassy to ask them specific questions? I've tried calling and it says the only way to reach them is by email. Through email we are getting responses that don't even pertain to the question we ask.

As far as I know you can't call to speak to someone,  only email. I have emailed many times and same thing either they don't answer the question I asked at all or it's a very vague general answer that they would give anyone,  nothing to do with my case specifically.

There is only an emergency number you can call. But that's only for specific emergencies.
