I-751 living separately

Me and my wife married 2018 i got 2 yr gc in 2019 summer. We are still married our documents bills etc shows the same address. Few months ago she moved out because  we had many arguments about financial questions and one of my parent live with us who I have to take care of. however we still communicate and she doesnt intend to ruin my immigration status. How should I file? Jointly or with waiver? We didnt start divorce we are not sure. Should I notify the uscis if she moved out? We have plenty of proofs i wouldnt think that would be problem. End of april when the 90days starts.

At this point unless you are for certain headed for a divorce, you should probably file jointly.  If divorce does happen, you can always change it to a divorce waiver later.

If you're just starting the paperwork to remove conditions, unless she has a separate address for everything, I wouldn't mention it at this point.  Separations can be pretty fluid and are not legally binding.  Between now and when the interview takes place, you two could have patched things up, or could have decided to file for divorce (in which case you'd have to alter the petition anyway).
