"Encountered an unexpected error retrieving draft evidence" PLEASE HELP

Hello everyone, 

 

I have tried submitting my N-400 on at least 5 different browsers, 3 different computers, and I have deleted and re-filled out this application at least 8 times in the last 4 days. Every time I am going to submit the application, I get this error: "Encountered an unexpected error retrieving draft evidence", I see dashes in the review section instead of my uploaded files. Before this error, everything seems to be working fine, I can upload my evidence and I get the green check mark and the "uploaded" sign. All of my documents are under 6 MB. Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? It was suggested on another forum that I submit this application even with this error and the evidence will show up in a day or two, is this correct? Please help!
