Any friends here also encountering the situation like međŸ„șI've got the approval letter of I-129F on Nov 2020 &deadline from them is 24th March,2021. no physical notification from NVC until now(23rd march 2021)...

i kept sending enquiry via the enquiry link to ask for the update as NVC only gave me my case number via email and never send me a physical notification letter to me(i checked many times that my home address in Hong kong Is correct)...

Also, I tried to call the hotline of the US consulate in HK, and the operator kept saying they don't have my information at all...

The frustrated thing is: I'm nearly reach the deadline provided by the USCIS... and NVC cant be contacted+ hotline operator in Hk said they cant help at all... so we keep asking for an extension of the deadline and they just ask me to wait.....

whatelse i can do apart from waiting...

It’s not a deadline, it’s the validity date. Due to the pandemic, you don’t need to worry about the validity date. The delay is beyond your control so the embassy will re validate it. You will need to bring fresh intent to marry letters with you to the interview.

NVC doesn’t send you anything at all physically. You check the case status on CEAC.gov. It will say “at NVC” until the embassy requests it. Once it does it will change to “in transit” and you’re on your way to the next step. Until then there’s nothing much you can do but to wait.
