Hey everyone, my fiancé had his K1 interview today and got approved! I checked his status after because I know it could flip flop from Administrative Processing to Refused to Issued. It now says “Application Received” and changed from Immigrant to NonImmigrant at the top. What does this mean? I’ve seen that the change from immigrant to nonimmigrant usually means the visa will be issued soon but I’ve never seen Application Received. Is this normal and good news?

it's normal, and just part of processing. It's not uncommon in normal times to go through statuses quickly enough that you miss some at consulates where extensive post-interview processing is rare, but they all happen.

Ours was sitting in non-immigrant Application Received for about ten days (long enough we were getting worried that we might have to change our plans for when Anastasia came to the US), but that was Moscow in 2019. And then got through all the way to Issued over the next day.

What was your status before Application Received and after the interview? Ours was at Ready for just 15-20 min after the interview ended then changed to NIV Application Received

That means the NIV has the file and us preparing the file for issuance

YMMV
