Do we have a chance?

I am sponsoring my stepchildren who currently reside in JA with their grandmother.  Our cases are at the NVC, all DQ's as of February.  We have to go down for a funeral late April/early May.  I'm thinking about expediting their cases so when we go down for the funeral, we can bring them back with us.    I'm trying to think of a reason to expedite.  One of the children suffers from sickle cell and i'm sure he would better care here in the US.  Also, they are living with their grandmother who is not in best of health.  Do you think we have a chance?

Do not apply no chance

Apply and some chance, and no downside so why not?

Expedites justified by the beneficiary's health needs are normally not approved.  And even if granted, no expedite is going to be timed to synch to your travel plans.  Just doesn't work that way.
