do we qualify for the 2020 stimulus?

Hi all. My alien fiance and I got married in November 2019, AOS was filed in December 2019. Work visa and social security number were issued in mid 2020. Green card was issued in 2021 because of how long it took to get an interview scheduled. 

Turbotax is trying to give my husband the 2020 stimuluses. I'm unsure if he qualifies based on the limbo he was in during 2020. Is there a clear answer to this? Thanks in advance for any advice or guidance.

Sounds like he was a resident for tax purposes and he qualifies.  Take the stimulus.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
