F2B & Pregnant, how to proceed?

Hey you guys! I´m F2B category (over 21 years old) and I just found out i´m pregnant, with first my child :) (i´m not married nor planning to) . Now, I know I've read somewhere here in this forum that you can add your child after he´s born to the CEAC website, is that so? I mean, is it that simple or do I need to speak to lawyer?  

Just wondering on how to proceed, the baby is not due until October, though, but I wanted to know if there´s any paperwork I should do beforehand. 

I´d appreciate your help!
