So I did try calling them and they refused to talk on any topic pertaining to visas. They asked me to mail them and even though I have, I am not expecting much except an automated response that will hardly be relevant to my issue.

Only one applicant case got updated on 13 june. Status still refused 

case updated of all the applicants on 15th.

Interview  was in December then they asked for ds update nd passport in march today issued 

No need to worry it takes atleast 8 - 10 weeks after they receive the medical. 

Case will be updated many times.

Hi I am new on the forum.   A little history on my case

Category IR5 

Interview: June 11 2021 (rescheduled due to pandemic and PP10014)

Result : pending Medical

After interview status changed from ready to refused 6/11

Updated 6/17 still refused.

Medical conducted April 5th and received by embassy April 12th.

Yes, I did but still left with one to be issued and sent for collection. 

 

I have never seen one applicant in a joint case be left out from being issued together. 

 

We have to travel soon because one applicant in our case turns 21 this August therefore his visa expiry date is in August rather than the normal 6 month duration. 

 

Tried mailing them quite a few times but received irrelevant generic responses that I never even asked for. 

 

Please pray that one applicant gets issued soon too.

What was the issue with the one not getting vissa? Any document issue or any other?

No idea at all. That IS what worries me the most. 

 

There has been absolutely no conversation with the Embassy regarding the one applicant that stays Refused on CEAC. 

 

I do mail them everyday but like I said, I get very unsatisfactory responses.
