Case got updated from Refused to AP for just the Principal Applicant on Friday. Awaiting more updates. Please let know of those still waiting after their re-medicals if they have any updates. 

 

We're in this together. Here's to hoping this week brings about some progress inshaAllah.

If all derivatives cases are in AP expect to see visa issued in 1-2 days

Updated to Jun 11 from Jun 3...still refused

So here's a rough timeline beginning from the day we had our re-medical: 

 

4th May: Remedical - All statuses still show Refused. 

1st June: Case Updated but status still show Refused.

4th June: Case Updated and no change in status.

10th June: Case Updated and only 1 Applicant in AP, rest showing Ready. 

14th June: Case Updated and all Applicants in AP but ONE SHOWS REFUSED FROM READY. 

 

SO for that one applicant it has basically been Refused>Ready>Refused. 

 

This is worrying me. Why would it go back to Refused; I have never heard of a situation like this?

Looks like, all are ready to be issued except one in refused.  For us it was in ready state for almost 2-3 weeks.

 

I am hopeful it will be done in 4-10 weeks from remedical.

AJ, kindly guide me through this. 

 

So Alhamdulilah, all applicants have status showing ISSUED now except that one applicant who changed to Refused a day before. 

 

Aren't all applicants of a case to get their visas issued at the same day? 

 

Does this mean that the Embassy has refused that one applicant entirely?

That's a weird one.  May be they want to do additional processing on the other one.

 

Best to get your passport and call them

Case updated 3 time yesterday went to administration processing  today issued 

Interview  was in December then they asked for ds update nd passport in march today issued
