Updated to Jun 3rd still refused.

I got this email too may 18 it’s automated I got my areas congressman in the US to send inquiries to the embassy they helped a lot

How exactly do you get a congressman involved? Do I contact my petitioner in the States to do the same?

Yes do that get an appointment with them there’s a form you fill out  and they send inquiries on your behalf. I feel like they helped me out a lot

The main thing they asked for was proof of domicile and my husbands passport expired while at the embassy so we renewed that and updated with them

Hello everyone, I have been a silent reader and a follower of this post. 

I had my my remedical on 23rd April 2021, status updated on 25th April but was still refused. It was last updated today with only two people in AP while others are still refused.

Embassy also emailed me today for re-oath of 3 people only. 

 

Is that normal? I have heard many saying its not a good indication. Is there anyone who have had their re-oath recently or is facing the same issue?

So had a similar issue. One of derivatives case was showing Ready while others were AP for about 3 weeks.  But 2 weeks after the primary going to AP, last case went to AP and visa was issued a week later.

 

We were not asked to re oath though.

Oh Congratulations. Hopefully i will get issued soon too. 

 

Just that re oath hasn't been happening with the applicants lately so that's very unusual with my case.

Were you given a 221g form at your first interview or any other documents they requested?

I received the embassy’s email some days before and yesterday but my case on ceac is not updating. The last date is not changing. Does anyone else is facing this issue too?

Yes. They emailed us a questionnaire too. 

Do you have any idea if finger print oath is same as interview? Like our interview will also be taken again?
