Visa Issued today.  :)

Thank you for all the help on people on this forum.  I think everyone here is waiting for 1.5 - 2 years.

Brief history is as follows:

Email Request for Medical  12-Apr

Medical 16-Apr

Update on Apr 22nd: Status Refused

May 4th - Status changed from Refused to Administrative Processing

Updated on May 5th, May 17th(Primary Only), May 19th, May 21st, May 24th (primary Only)

Issued on May 25th.

So 6 week after medical and 3 weeks after status changed from refused to AP.  Buti think key point is the 6 weeks it takes after medical.

Farayha,

How did it take to before you received your passports?

Congratulations!

Ours got updated May 26th still refused. We are hoping to get through it soon 🙏

I wish and pray for everyone's success 🙌

Can the people who have had their visas issued kindly also update me as to what is the procedure for passport collection in Pakistan right now? Do the courier service contact you or is there another way?

Courier service will contact the applicant for collection.

If you pay a premium fee they deliver too.

my husbands case got updated today may 27 went from refused to administrative processing

This is indeed a good news. With couple of exceptions on this forum most people got visa issued the next day after status changed from Refused to Administrative Processing

it could be tomorrow.  When was your medical?

if it has been a month since medicals, send them an email/enquiry

I am expecting it to happen by next week. I will make enquiry next week if I don't get an update.

Also we should take into consideration the whole week of eid holidays when counting weeks.

For CD I know embassy doesn't send it, you get it from medical people.
