@Tom 2020 How did the interview went, please share if you don't mind. Have similar issues and I have interview coming up, need to know what to expect and docs to take with me if they will ask for one. Mine was dismissed/vacated with no probation or  any other plea deal or sentencing.

As of 2021 If you have DUI Arrest you  MUST  have :

Þ        Proof that all earlier marriages ended (divorce decree(s)).

Þ        An original or court-certified copy of the complete arrested, cited, or detained record.

Þ        An original or court-certified copy of the charging documents and sentencing record.

Þ        An original or court-certified copy of court disposition.

Þ        Evidence that I have completed all sentence: An original or certified copy of probation or parole record.

Þ        Evidence that I have completed an alternative sentencing program or rehabilitative program (ARD).

Þ        An original or court-certified copy of the court order vacating, sealing, expunging or otherwise removing the arrest or conviction, AND

An original statement from the court that no record exists of my arrest or conviction.

When you will file online they will ask you to upload them or bring them with you during the interview time. It's better to upload them but make sure all of them is court certified or original. During the interview DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE EVERY ORIGINAL OR COUR CERTIFIED DOCUMENTS WITH YOU.

If you have any question please feel free to ask. God bless you all.
