We actually talk about it since we haven’t file nothing yet till after July my 5 trip.  We did talk about it, since in South Africa  I heard it’s  easy to get marry.

Personally, I would marry on your July 5 trip and then petition him for a CR-1 visa.  The overall timeline is about the same, with the advantage of no waiting to be able to work or travel once he is in the United States.

So if they ask you how you met and when are they referring to in person or online when you first met because here is a little bit of my story

we actually met in 2013 in Facebook. My fiancé was mutual friends with others I knew , and you know Facebook gives you these suggestion friends you might know and he ended up adding me as friends, we were friends . But we didn’t meet  physically until December 2018 when he flew to South Africa We were still friends.

official started dating may 2019

I would tell it like you did.  My husband and I met online in a chat room and that's what we told them on our application.  We met in 2009 and didn't physically meet until 2011.

Is ready for this journey to begin!

Meetings happen in person. Mentioning on an I-129F that you "met" online has no benefit and has potential harm. From I-129F:

53. Have you and your fiancé(e) met in person during the two years immediately before filing this petition?

See, it says nothing about online.

Quote

If you answered "Yes" to Item Number 53., describe the circumstances of your in-person meeting in Item Number 54. Attach evidence to demonstrate that you were in each other's physical presence during the required two year period.

Again, nothing about online.

Item 54 is 6 line empty box for you to enter the date and place of a  meeting that happened within two years of the date of filing I-129F. I also entered the dates all the other meetings because I wanted to front load proof of a bonafide relationship (during the AoS, when our IO realized we'd been together for 5 years, he was visibly impressed). I then included evidence in separate pages: airline reservations, hotel reservations, and at least one photo from each meeting.

If you state you met online and provide a date, you risk an RFE asking for proof of an in-person meeting on that date. You also risk an RFE for proof that you didn't use an IMB.
