How do you bring proof  that fB is not international marriage broker

We were just friends for years

until after we met and got close and dating may 2019

propose December 2020

Print FB's terms and conditions. https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms

An IMB is,

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Marriage_Broker_Regulation_Act

a " marriage brokerage services focused primarily on providing dating services between US citizens or residents and foreign nationals for a fee. "

FB isn't a marriage broker, isn't focused on providing dating services, isn't focused on dating between US persons and foreign nationals, and doesn't charge fees.

The issue of an IMB is resolved by the USCIS not the consulate.  You need not bring anything to the interview

YMMV

So if they ask you how you met and when are they referring to in person or online when you first met because here is a little bit of my story

we actually met in 2013 in Facebook. My fiancé was mutual friends with others I knew , and you know Facebook gives you these suggestion friends you might know and he ended up adding me as friends, we were friends . But we didn’t meet  physically until December 2018 when he flew to South Africa We were still friends.

official started dating may 2019

You probably have > two years before even getting an interview date.  First you need to submit the petition, and to have it approved.

You can write/mention everything in the letter ( How we met) load pictures at least 5 pictures of every meet whether it's being friends and/or when you became couple. Mention each photo with date and circumstances. Load proof as much as possible while filing i-129f as benificiery may not get chance to explain everything at the interview. Dates ( when/how/why) are very important. Age gap is not at all an issue as other experts mentioned it too. GOOD LUCK

I regards to pictures if I had 5 trips, in every trip should I take out like 5 pics of each each interaction

like

5 with us

5 with family

5 with pictures

total

Of 75 pictures total

Like the first trip we were just friends

so I might just exclude those

You should add some of pictures when you were friends ( dont forget to mention the date and occasion) when you see the pictures you will feel what needs to be added.

My husband and I met online and we did K1 too. We told them exactly how it was on both the forms and in the interview. We met on an online game and we spoke for a couple of years and eventually made the step to meet up etc. etc.

For the photos in the application we sent a few of us together when we first met, on vacation, him with my family in England etc. They didn't ask for any at my interview in London but they did ask for a few at my green card interview so keep your photos safe.

Good luck!

75 is overkill.  I suggest 3 photos from each trip, total of 15.  Add more photos from trips before filing the I-129F, and don't forget passport stamps, original boarding passes, hotel receipts, etc. from each visit.  Good luck!

5 trips! You have a very strong case. Have you considered getting married and doing a CR-1 instead? That might be preferable to avoid the AOS phase.

We actually talk about it since we haven’t file nothing yet till after July my 5 trip.  We did talk about it, since in South Africa  I heard it’s  easy to get marry.
