The interviews might be separate.

Are you certain the child isn't a US citizen?

If the child is not a US citizen, understand that once the child gets an immigration visa, even if your visa hasn't been approved, your husband can bring the child to the USA, and upon entry to the USA, the child will be a US citizen. Your child can then be reunited with you while you wait for your visa.

Hello,

My spouse is a USC and he filed separate petitions for myself and our minor boligical child. My child and I were documentarily qualified on 2 separate dates, 2 months apart. Will our interview be scheduled together or separately?

Contact NVC and the consulate to request a joint interview.

You can do this.

Or you could do it this way (kind of) and the first one can wait till the other gets their visa - unless the gap is longer than the expiry of the first visa the first can wait for the second and travel together, no need for any separation or separate traveling - but it probably makes more sense to do the first option and ask for the interviews to be scheduled

 together.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm not certain about my child being a citizen currently. She was born before my spouse naturalized as a usc.

Sure, will contact the nvc as suggested.
