RFE because of PSA birth certificate

I submitted my PSA copy of my birth certificate in my initial application but I am now getting a RFE asking for a "long-form birth certificate".

* Does the PSA have a "long-from birth certificate"?

* Does anyone here have any similar experience to getting a RFE because of the PSA birth certificate?

The PSA copy of my birth certificate was a little blurry and I'm worried that all copies with the PSA will be like that 😕

All the long form means,  is that it has parental information is on the certificate.

YMMV

Haven't heard of a long form for Philippine birth certificates. You can probably submit your birth certificate from the local civil registry office where your birth was registered. You might get a clearer copy.
