Hello, I have not seen one when I searched, so here's mine:

 

Sent: September 29, 2020
Priority Date: October 9. 2020
Received by Nebraska USCIS October 27, 2020

USCIS transferred to Texas last time I chatted with Emma.

 

Still in the waiting game.

Hi Sis, same situation here. Husband file for my son's petition last Oct 2020

Haven't heard anything from USCIS after the receipt notice was sent on mail

Removal of Conditions Timeline

05/06/20    - Sent ROC package to Dallas, TX by UPS. 

05/08/20    - Delivered to Dallas, TX by UPS.

05/11/20  - Debit Card Charged.

05/14/20    - NOA date ( I called USCIS to get my receipt number no text or email received)

07/27/21-     Biometrics taken

Not of this moment sis wala pa update from USCIS. How about you sis?

Wow, not understanding the delay.  How old are the step children in both your cases?

 

My step daughter was approved relatively quickly, but it was at the same time as her mom.  We are now delaying at the NVC stage so my daughters can finish the school year in PH next year.

Feb. 19th, 2021: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

Feb. 19th, 2021: I-130 Approved 😊

Feb. 25th, 2021: Welcome letter from NVC

Mar. 9th, 2021:  Received Hard Copy NOA 2 I-797 in mail

October, 2021: One Year Postponement of Move, Visa Completion On Hold

Feb. 4th, 2022: Submitted DS 260

Dec. 9th, 2020: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

Texas center change from 8.5 - 10

5 months to 9.5 - 11.5 months :(

Happy Thanksgiving (belated) sorry been pretty busy for the past months.  I just open this site today again, do you still need the lists of the requirements?

What is the status of your petition?

@Maribel1415 I-130 is now approved!!!! Will you please send me the next steps and list of the NVC paperwork that needs to be submitted?
