Did anyone read the timeline information and see where Egypts waiting time from the time they get the application to the interview has DECREASED from 110 days to like 69 days??? Thats a HUGE improvement. Will help those waiting on those noa2's a bit, just on the other end. That was a good thing to see.

I don't understand what you mean from "get the application". Do you mean from the time they get the NOA1? I don't think you can really look at that since the service centers vary quite a bit in the time they give the NOA2. Especially if you look at Vermont compared to all the others.

The real time I would look at is the time you send in the pkt3 to the date of the interview. This used to be a good four months or so, but lately it's about two to four weeks, so they did indeed improve. (that's what I'm bankin' on anyway but we shall see....)

Yes, I mean...the timelline says that its 69 days from when Cairo receives the application from NVC to the interview. Thats awesome. And you say its even shorter now after they get the packet three. Amazing. It helps with the slow down we see in VSC.

Anyways..wow your husband is coming SOON....CONGRATULATIONS. Did you find him a flight? You must be soooooooooooo very excited

No I wish. I'm going there to see him. He doesn't have his visa yet.

Remember too.....the time from when NVC sends the application to the time you get the interview includes the time it takes your husband/fiance to complete and return the packet 3. Everyone told me not to worry about doing that but it took him two months to complete all this because of some obstacles he incurred. :) Hopefully yours will have an easier time of it.
