Hello everyone,

I am about to mail the US Department of State my waiver application.

However, I have been struggling with a question regarding the address that I should put in the two self-addressed envelopes. I am using postal service.

 

Which one should I put in both envelopes as sender to me?

A)

Department of State J-1 Waiver
P.O. Box 979037
St. Louis, MO 63197-9000

OR

 

B)

CA/ VO/ L/ W – VISA SERVICES

U.S. DEPTO. OF STATE

2401 E ST, NW, SA-1

WASHINGTON, DC 20522-010
