Hello guys, 

Can anyone give any idea of the processing time for IR-1/CR-1?

 

what is USCIS processing time with Covid? 
 

what about NVC and consular stage? 
 

I am wondering since everywhere seems to be processing marriage visas but not fiancé visas if it would be worth it to just get married in Nigeria and start all over?

It really depends on lot of things. Service Center, Country for consular stage and also varies by case-to-case. 

E.g. Nebraska is processing lot faster than other Service Centers. Texas service center is doing well as well. Potmac takes around a year. VSC and CSC are backlogged. I'm not sure about K-1 but I heard that also takes at least a year.

 

Just hearing from other VJ members, It might take up to 1 year-18 months for the whole process for I-130.

Look at the link across the top of the page that says "Processing Times". From there, click on the link for the visa you are interested in below where it says "Common US Immigration Processing Times". For example, IR1 / CR1 Visa Processing Times will give you estimates of each stage of the process based on VisaJourney member timelines. But these are only average numbers and based on a limited amount of data so actual times will vary widely.
