Hey, apparently the US consulate in Montreal have updated their consular operations to full services again, prior to this it was only limited services to immigrants, hopefully this will speed things up. I also noticed that they haven't updated their monthly visa issuance statistic since July, 2021. I wonder how many F3's have been interviewed since then. If anyone have any news please share.

Nice, didn’t notice it turned green. Hopefully this means they start speeding up visas. Currently at 10/2019, hopefully they can get to 2020 DQ before the end of this year.

That’s so good to know, thanks for sharing this update. Let’s hope to see significant advancements of F3 interviews and approvals in coming months.

The Monthly Immigrant Visa Issuance statistics is finally out for August and September and the numbers of interviews for the F3 was kind kind of low.

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-statistics/immigrant-visa-statistics/monthly-immigrant-visa-issuances.html

- August: 7

- September: 15

I wonder why they had several more interviews for the F4 category them F3s however in a positive note, it looks like they are picking up some speed in general with the numbers of interview issued in total.
