Hi do any know  if Haiti processing k1 visa  at this time.

The U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince thanks consular customers for their patience as we continually work to serve the public while mitigating the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are pleased to announce that we are now conducting a limited number of student and exchange visitor nonimmigrant visa interviews. Interviews are available for applicants in the F, J, and M visa categories with an approved I-20 or DS-2019 form, including immediate family members who are eligible to apply for F-2 and M-2 visas. We are also accepting Interview Waiver (IW)/Visa Renewal applications on a limited basis.  Please visit this link to review the IW eligibility criteria and appointment availability.  At this time no other nonimmigrant visa categories are available for interview. The MRV fee is valid and may be used to schedule an interview appointment in the country where it was purchased within two years of the date of payment. If you have an urgent matter and need to travel immediately, please follow the guidance provided on this page to request an emergency appointment.

The Presidential proclamation that previously suspended processing of certain immigrant visas was lifted February 24, 2021.  Accordingly, the Embassy is able to resume processing family preference immigrant visas based on existing prioritization, which includes visa categories, petition date, and completion of the documentation process. Please note, however, that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and in order to protect our clients and our staff, the U.S. Embassy must continue to strictly limit the number of visa appointments each day.  We will continue to update applicants accordingly via our website and social media.  If you have a question about a U.S. visa application, please write to support-Haiti@ustraveldocs.com.

U.S. Embassy Port-au-Prince has resumed all routine services for U.S. citizens in Haiti. If you are a U.S. citizen seeking an appointment for U.S. passports, notarial services, or the Consular Report of Birth Abroad, you can schedule an appointment on our Online Appointment System.
