Major Error on DS260

I was filing out my ds260 with the help of my daughter(petitioner) because I am not good with computers and such,I have a friend who is a paralegal so I had told her to wait and let my friend check and make sure everything is good for submission and I got an email that it was submitted and when I revised the form I realized that my where it said my current marital status is divorced when although that’s true I had gotten remarried.I was divorced at the time she filed but I got remarried about 6 months later. I’ve been told that although she made the error that she can leave it because at the time of the filing I was divorced so it would be fine and that that’s what she should’ve done so the information matches up. But my thing is that although I was divorced at the time of the petition this has been processing for 2 years now and the asked for my CURRENT marital status I’m sure that they know a lot can change over that period of time. So should I contact my embassy for the change or leave it as is? And also I have a minor,I am aware that sadly I cannot have derivatives as an IR5 should my petitioner have selected yes for will she be immigrating at a later day? Or was no the correct selection? This is why I didn’t want it to be submitted because I wanna fully understand and make sure everything is fine. It hasn’t been a week since the submission and I have no uploaded all my civil documents yet I am trying to get this together first since it’s very early on..I e also been told that my marriage and putting it there would have delayed my process but I don’t believe that because what for? It’s not like my husband can come along they just need this information..my husband also is not interested in immigrating at all right about now I’m hoping tho that he’d change his mind maybe he’s just saying that...but we are both quite up in age so....but anyway please help me.
