It says my I-485 is in the National Benefits Centre, it has a NOA1 of 20th April and last touched 25th April. Thing is when you look at the processing times for NBC there is nothing there for I-485. Anyone know processing times for this :blink:

AOS and EAD Timeline

First Application rejected due to them not receiving $70 for Biometrics, even though I had a receipt from them :-(

NOA1 - 10/01/2007

Biometrics - Middle of October, don't have exact date sorry

I-485 and I-765 Touched - 10/23/2007

EAD Approved - 10/27/2007

Nothing Since

Just forget about processing times, they're basically useless. Your AOS will be done when its done.

However if you're really bothered about processing times, you should look at the ones for your local office, rather than the NBC. I warn you though, they have almost no relation to when your case will be completed. You're better off looking at the timeline statistics of other people on this site.
