Do you have to give the Visa before you can register my wife showed me a picture and she has to upload her passport and Visa

You can do the cfo before you have the visa. However they won’t give you the certificate until you email them a copy of the visa.

The United States is now a country obsessed with the worship of its own ignorance.  Americans are proud of not knowing things.  They have reached a point where ignorance, is an actual virtue.  To reject the advice of experts is to assert autonomy, a way for Americans to insulate their increasingly fragile egos from ever being told they're wrong about anything.  It is a new Declaration of Independence: no longer do we hold these truths to be self-evident, we hold all truths to be self-evident, even the ones that arent true.  All things are knowable and every opinion on any subject is as good as any other.  The fundamental knowledge of the average American is now so low that it has crashed through the floor of "uninformed", passed "misinformed", on the way down, and now plummeting to "aggressively wrong."

How do u do that because in order to register it's asking her to upload her passport and Visa

We contacted them by email first. Then a person reached out to us with a date and time to do the cfo. In the email there were some documents we had to email the lady back. Since we didn’t have the visa at the time, we didn’t send that until we got it. We did the cfo in January.

I couldn’t copy the whole email but this should help. As mentioned we didn’t send the visa until later as we didn’t receive that until Feb 6.

Yeah it’s completely ridiculous.  I got to sit and listen to the whole seminar while my fiancé did it over the phone. Just more examples on how the government treats everyone as children. If you look through the Philippines section you’ll find others that had to send background checks etc etc etc. Our CFO process was pretty straight forward and the lady that did it was quite good on sending everything on time.
