Nonsense.   Visas are issued to pregnant fiancee's all the time.

YMMV

Can you provide links to that?  That is completely untrue.

Will not speed up the case

and does affect in the following ways:

DNA test to prove it is your child are costly

if granted a K1 ,  most airlines do not allow travel in the last trimester

as far as immigration is concerned,  you are rushing into the relationship as you need time to know the person

nothing wrong with talk of a future and possibilities of family but the idea of planning a child when neither of you have witnessed the other's culture and seen personal values is premature

really we all wish you success and happiness but your head must rule these life changing decisions

I don't recall ever seeing any cases denied or delayed due to pregnancy.

So you are planning a child with someone you have not met?

Why else would she refer to the price of a DNA test unless she was telling the topic creator it was required?

Also not the only time I've seen it on visa journey just the most recent.

I will say it again, because you are applying something out of context.   A DNA test maybe required for a child who was born during the process.  A DNA test is NOT performed on an unborn child.

YMMV

Where on VJ are you reading that a woman pregnant during the interview will not receive a visa until she has the child?  I've never seen this, and I have been on VJ for many years.

Pregnancy is not a reason to deny or delay a visa unless the US Embassy/Consulate suspects fraud.

That thread was by someone contemplating impregnating a potential 'fiance' who he hasn't ever met.

Not relevant at all to your question.

But no, it will not be a positive or negative in terms of visa approval.

Focus on the validity of your relationship.  Prove, prove and prove some more.  Even if there was a child already born, it is still the fact of proof and validity.  Because ultimately they will be your reponsibility as you signed for in the I-129F.

As far as the 3rd trimester, I am not sure where you are in the process or if you are grabbing information before making a decision to pursue the K1, but where you are in the process will determine everything.  I assume you are close to interviewing.  If I was in your shoes, I would end up talking to the doctor if she has one.  But as far as the visa being issued, I would not focus on the pregnancy affecting this.
