1) Passport photos are not required unless you are currently residing outside of the US.

2) The fee is currently $680, including the biometrics fees, if it is just you applying with your spouse, but it might be more if you have dependents who are also applying. Check fees here: https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator

3) Depending on how you send in the application, there are two possible addresses. Both addresses can be found here: https://www.uscis.gov/i-751-direct-filing-addresses

4) Send them as much evidence as you can to prove that your marriage is bonafide, from the date that you got married. Tax transcripts from each year, utility bills and letters in both of your names, joint account statements showing activity from both spouses, copies of lease/mortgage/house deed in both of your names, copies of driving licenses showing place of residence, etc. VisaJourney has a helpful list of things you might have available to send:

5) I don't think it matters too much how many pictures you send as long as you have other evidence there to prove that your marriage is bonafide.

6) Not everyone receives a letter to remind them to remove conditions on residency. I haven't received one yet, but I am eligible (and have) filed. Don't wait on this because you might never receive one. As long as you are within the 90 day window, you can apply. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-calculator-for-form-i-751-filing-jointly-with-your-spouse

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
