I have 3 NVC cases. One for my wife. And one for each of her children of 6 and 9. From my understanding on page 2 part 3 if the I-864 I will not check I am sponsoring the following family members and I will not fill in family member information because they have separate visa petitions. So then does that mean I should file the I-864EZ for all three? I am the petitioner and I am using my own income.

Yes. 3 separate I864. Part 3 /1 yes , 3/2 and 3/3 leave blank on all. Use I864ez for each one if you meet the criteria laid out in the instructions.

I think that's actually correct advice, technically, but I've seen NVC staff confuse or misinterpret guidelines.  MY advice is to use the I-864 for each.  It's a safer bet.  Just leave the asset section blank, if your income is sufficient.

Hint:  Do the spouse affidavit first, then edit it for child one, and edit that for child two.  No need to start from scratch on each affidavit.
