And about the alien 👽 being treated as one, no, for USCIS I might be an alien but I never felt an outcast here.

So “other “ can be either “otro” or “otra” (masculine and feminine) but wait, what do we do with people that do not identify with either? But my point was that they are backlogged and messy as they are, can you imagine if we asked them to take all the forms off their website and update them with the new language that OP is asking for, maaaaaaan that with covid and the change in the public charge rule would be like dropping a bomb.
