We had a expidiated k1 visa interview on the 17th. I was not allowed to join so I went back with his sister. 2 hours later they called for me to come for the interview. it was nerve wrecking. They wanted to know if I spoke spanish so she wanted to have the interview in Spanish. till I confused her and she said it can be done in english. I was asked the same questions he was asked. But we were finally approved. Took about 4 hours.

What did they ask and why did it take 2 hours or 4 hours?

Sorry for late response. they went into debt about asking if we have had sexual relations. if I met his parents. I am white and he doesn't speak English. so they wanted to interview me in spanish. They asked if I have sent him money. How much money. I felt like it was overboard with questions. the guards are the one that said it takes 4 hours for first time. But I know someone it only took her 2 and half hours but her fiance wasn't either her. I wasn't allowed to be in the building so I went back to his family's house and they called me up there to be interviewed. I have read a lot of good reviews about the embassy though.

My husbands interview was March 18th. He was done in 50 minutes. They only asked him 2 questions. Where did we meet and when did we get married? We did have 2 Shutterfly hard back books that they looked at. One was from a visit, had pics of us with friends and family and when we got engaged. The other was our wedding. Good luck everyone
