Live in french 2 years illegal

Hello everyone.

 

In 2015 I was getting a spanish visa chingen  I was entere to spanish and go to french and my visa was expired there in french and I stay there for 2 years until French back to morocco because I don't have any regular Id and I'm living there  illegal. So I was back to morocco in 2017 .

 

Now I meet my girlfriend and she wants come to morocco for visiting me and she tell me for we get married and we apply for the k1 visa .

 

My question is . If I apply for the k1 visa I will have a problem because I was living 2 years ilugalillegal in french ?  

 

And I should say that I was living in french in the document we will applying for visa k1 ..

My recollection is on your application you have to provide your entire address history.  Where you physically lived.

 

Leave that off and it’s discovered?  Invites a ban.

Thanks for your reply . Okay I understand now I should say where I'm living like all address I was live in french . I should just say the address or approve that I was live in with Residence certificate ?

Were you deported from France or did they order your removal?

 

”Were you deported from anywhere” or “subject to order of removal from anywhere” are questions on the visa application.

 

It’s gonna come up.  Like trying to hide a sunrise.  Best to be up-front

If / when you apply for a visa it will be on the visa application.

They will discuss it at your interview

It will not be a problem because France deported you, it will assuredly be a problem because you will appear to have a disregard for following the law. 
 

France will be fine.  You I am not sure about.  Your fiance know about this?
